Mitchell completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKin) and Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) at UBC in Vancouver, where he also worked as a kinesiologist, swim coach, personal trainer and bootcamp instructor.

In addition to exercise prescription, Mitchell has special training in Gunn IMS (Intramuscular stimulation), vestibular rehab, concussion management, orthopedic manual therapy and therapeutic taping.

Mitchell recognizes that no two people or bodies are alike, so having a movement specialist determine YOUR baseline and design a tailored program for YOU can help make sense of the plethora of information available. He has a passion for helping people achieve their highest quality of life, through pain management and optimizing movement.

Michelle is a UBC trained Physiotherapist as well as a Certified Athletic Therapist (AT).

Michelle's extensive background in high performance sport includes working in hockey, rugby, lacrosse and rowing. Her skills in sport have brought her to numerous Major Games including Canada Winter Games, North American Indigenous Games, U18 Female Hockey National Championships, and National Aboriginal Hockey Championship. As a Physiotherapist , Michelle has broadened her scope from athletes to community members of all abilities!

In her spare time you can find Michelle hiking with her dog, cycling, and playing recreational sports including hockey, softball and volleyball. As a new mom, Michelle is excited to offer a new perspective and outlook to Physiotherapy for injury management while catering to your busy schedules.
